Thank you for choosing Flowerhornsfrombeyond for your transshipping needs. We have been in the Fish Industry for over 5 years. Our main goal is to get your fish to you safely and soundly. With our service you will not be disappointed. Your fish will be properly acclimated and held in quarantine tanks until the day of shipping. Our faculty holds more than 100 tanks, is properly insulated and temperature controlled. With our professional bagging methods this will ensure the safety, comfort, and keep the stress level of your fish at the minimal.

We have shipments from Thailand every 2 weeks.                                                                                                               

Our next Shipment is arriving March 28th.

As you can tell our shipments arrive on Mondays to SFO most of the time unless there is an observant Holiday, in that case it will be pushed back 1 day to arrive on Tuesday. The process in clearing the shipments can sometimes take 2 hrs or up to 8 hrs. We are at the mercy of Customs and Wildlife agents. We work on their time. The shipments arrive to the airport around 10 am in the morning and the flight has to clear its passengers and baggage before the cargo is unloaded. This usually takes 2-3 hrs. We then have to wait at the airport for the customs and wildlife agents to inspect the shipment before they clear it. Just because it arrives at 10 am doesnt mean the agents will inspect it then. If we are lucky they will inspect it at noon and if not sometimes at 2-3Pm. We then fight through Bay area Traffic and get home about 4-5pm. We then float all our larger fish ( Flowerhorns ) into their tanks and acclimate them and release them. After that we will sort our bettas for all our retail customers. We get about 1200 bettas in on each shipment. So we are sorry if it takes us awhile to respond to you weither they came in or not. All our bettas are ready to be packed and reshipped out on Tuesday. Through Trial and error we have learned that, the bettas we get are better left in their original packaging and resent to the customers as is. We do unpack ocassionally if instructed to do so by the customers. This avoids any confusion of bettas getting switched or any acusations that we the transhipper stole any fish. Bettas will be packed in Foam boxes with some foam pieces or peanuts seperating the heatpack with the actual fish. Standard shipping consist of 1 heatpack. If you require more then that you MUST inform us. Flowerhorns are packed in double -triple bags with the first bag being duct taped to prevent leackage. They are then placed in Foam boxes with 1-2 Heatpacks depending on area. They reship in Corregated boxes through Fedex or USPS. Our shipment day is very long and hectic and I do not like to answer calls at the airport. I am usually in the presence of inspectors or agents and I believe it is rude to do so. The form of payment we mainly use is Paypal. This is because it is very safe and easy. Please Include your mailing address in your MEMO section. If it is not there I will ship to the address of paypal. Sometimes I do not get emails in time so PLEASE PLEASE PUT SHIPPING ADDRESS IN PAYPAL MEMO!!! Your fish may not be sent because of this!
